Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Jhelum
Hello Doctor. I am a 31-year-old woman trying to conceive. My last menstrual period started on July 10. I took Clomid 50 mg daily from July 12–16, Ferti-H injections from July 17–20, and I am currently taking Glucophage 500 mg and Myfolic. An ultrasound showed a 26 mm follicle.
Two days ago, I developed lower abdominal pain, initially on the right side, later more central. It felt like pulling/stabbing cramps and was different from my usual, much stronger menstrual cramps. After intercourse that night, I had light vaginal bleeding. It lasted about 16 hours, was intermittent, never became as heavy as my normal period, and included a few small clots. The bleeding stopped yesterday evening. This morning I only noticed old dark blood on my pad, with no fresh bleeding when wiping. I had white discharge before the bleeding. I now have only mild cramping.
Could this be implantation bleeding, hormonal bleeding from treatment, an early miscarriage, or my period? Should I do a home pregnancy test, beta-hCG, or an ultrasound? Should I continue Glucophage?
Continue glucophage n folic acid , get a serum beta HCG to detect pregnancy
