Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding From Anus

Salam. Yesterday, I had a very hard stool and I think my anus was slightly teared by that... It started bleeding... The blood was very bright red and very liquidy.. i was able to feel the pain around anus .. after few hours I went to pee and again the blood started dripping... i put coconut oil and drank alot of water. Next morning, the stool was normal. I had pain, like i can literally feel the stool touching the teared up area. Very painful. But no blood. After few hours, I went to pee and again the blood was dripping.... I put coconut oil again to soften the area.

Ineed to know if thereis anything serious about this... What should I do... Any home remedies to make it better....
