-have Thyroid function test, complete blood count, transvaginal scan, local hysteroscopic Examination, Cervical smear, high vaginal swab etc.

Continue taking iron containing Medications.
3cycles oral contraceptive pills can be taken to regulate periods and support hormonal contraceptive pills.
