Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding Started During Intercourse 7th Day Today Still Bleeding

Im married and not my first time having intercourse. I had last intercourse on Monday 30th sep and during intercourse i started bleeding i missee my periods last month so i started taking primolut N as pr doxtors prescription for 21 days. Last few days pe irregular higyi thi medicine lene mein i took it on 26th sep then i forgot to take primolut n till 29th ki morning and then i forgot on 30th sep too then durinh sex on 30th i started bleeding i suspected it to be periods as i had pain in my thighs and legs too as i usually do with periods flow was light but quantity was enough to be classified as periods. Today is 7th day mt periods last 7 days abhi tk tou light bleeding hai i am thinking will it end by tonight and is it my periods and nothing lther serious??
