-high blood pressure is dangerous in third trimester more for developing baby then mother as baby can have poor blood supply and placental development.
-she need strict blood pressure, fetal well being monitoring,blood tests, urine tests and necessary Management Accordingly.
-u can contact her treating Consultant on Emergency basis if blood pressure high,symmptoms like headache, epigastric pain, poor fetal movements etc.
-have blood pressure monitoring at home as well.
-she need assessments for herself and fetus so better to consult nearest obstetrician.

Medicine for blood pressure is usually prescribed if diastolic bp is 95 Mm Hg or above. She may have been admitted to monitor how high the blood pressure had gone to decide for medication.
