-have one pelvic scan (with full bladder as unmarried to check any local pathology), complete blood count and thyroid function test and one local Examination by gynae specialist.
-give her balanced diet with lots of fruits,Vegetables and plenty of water.
-if have been treated for any health issue should be treated completely and regularly.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-daily walk, Exercise.
-can have iron supplements.
-check if tab ponstan 500 mgs 8hrly for 3 days reduces or stops bleeding!!!.

She needs harmonal profile including thyroid function tests , an Usg to reach the diagnosis , in the meantime please see ur gynaecologist for prescription of harmones to stop her bleeding, like she is bleeding for 2 months! Which is too much , also she needs iron supplements to build her Hb after a cbc test
