Talk to Gynecologist on Blood Test

Im 20 weeks pregnant my doc asked for blood test there are two things that are highlighted in red im worried seeing them. Is there something to worry? Whats the reason of increased number? What effect can it has? Plus im having prulax syrup for constipation still at times its so bad n painful. Cant seem to fix it

The reports are fine. Not to worry for slight changes. For constipation take isphgullah husk daily in water and change to duphalac syrup 30 ml daily at night. You can ask your gynaecologist to change your iron tablet as it can cause constipation. Ok

-during iron intake u can have dark colour stools and During Regnancy can have physiological changes so it seems like this.
-have iron containing food like carrots, apples, spinich etc.
-iron medications having different effect in each individual can disturb digestive system so can change to other tablets.
Have light., easily digest able diet with plenty of water, juices and fruits.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have isphagol husk with water twice or thrice a day. Have mint leaves warm water with cadmium and add honey.
-daily walk and light Exercise.
-regular Antenatal check ups.
