after 2weeks , i have some high bp. today it is 120/67 is it normal during 6month pregnancy?

125/80 sometimes.. actually 3rd july2024 i have preterm delivery at 28week of pregnancy due to placental abruption.. now i concieve again... i am worried that again these things not happen. some dr says may b placenta abrupt due to preeclampsia. because due to abruption urine block and AKI occur, drain were inserted in both kidneys, baby was also dead.
