This can only be decided after full evaluation. Yes normal is possible
Yes normal is possible as this is your second pregnancy and you have an option of external cephalic version which means rotating the baby abdomianlly to cephalic presentation which is normal position for normal delivery and this can be done after full evaluation by examination and ultrasound.
