Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Leakage Occasionally

AoA.. I posted my querry in marham & moderator recomend to post here. My story is... am a mother of 2 I just have breast feed them for initial months... Coz It was very difficult for me to feed babies on right side, the shape is strange from begining, and secondly i was not satisfied as i always think k baby bhooka rh jye ga coz ak side to pila ni pati... used breast pump as well it works good on both sides. Milk production was not much not less... but 4 for me not satisfactory...

Now the issue is no lumps, no gilti, no pain, no swelling, but not daily but ocassionaly my I side leak a drop, and when i start noticing more it become more frequent, sb khty hn tm weham krti to hota h... d drop is odourless, transparent...and yes its the left side i was very comforyable while feeding the baby by this side...

please guide its weham or may be cancer.... plz help... i feed my baby last in august 2019, when he was 4 months old, i had problem of thyroids which thyroid i dnt kn
