I’m trying to wean my son off breastfeeding, and he has stopped feeding for the past two days. Now my breasts are very full, swollen, hard, and painful. How can I relieve the engorgement and pain? Also, what is the safest way to stop my milk supply?

Hot fomentation with warm wet towel 10 min , olive oil massage 10 min, breast pump 10 min, tablet bromocriptine 2.5 mg half at night for 2 nights , then one at night for 5 nights .. be careful about low BP n dizziness .
