Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi
Hello Dr I am married 31 year old female, I have a 6 year old son whom I conceived soon after marriage. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid after his birth and later on with PCOS ... my periods are very irregular. I conceived twice after that, once on clomid and then on lezra, both ended up in early miscarriages. Last Miscarriage was in August 2018, I took clomid last month on the suggestion of a friend who is also a dr. But after 1 week of taking the last dose, i saw some discharge from both the breasts, which came on pressing the nipples. Right one was milky white and left one seemed greenish. I have pain in both the breasts since then. I am on periods at the moment and today is the 1st day. Kindly tell me what should I take to ease the pain. (Pain is felt only on touching the breasts).
Salam for the mean time u can take any pain killer but u have to visit OBGYN consultant for hormone analysis and ultrasound
Dear thos could be due to hyperprolactinoma.. Get ur serum prolactin as well.. And if it is raised, first optimize it..then take any treatment for ovulation induction... U can wear tight supports ,and take any analgesic.
Thanks
