Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi

Hello Dr I am married 31 year old female, I have a 6 year old son whom I conceived soon after marriage. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid after his birth and later on with PCOS ... my periods are very irregular. I conceived twice after that, once on clomid and then on lezra, both ended up in early miscarriages. Last Miscarriage was in August 2018, I took clomid last month on the suggestion of a friend who is also a dr. But after 1 week of taking the last dose, i saw some discharge from both the breasts, which came on pressing the nipples. Right one was milky white and left one seemed greenish. I have pain in both the breasts since then. I am on periods at the moment and today is the 1st day. Kindly tell me what should I take to ease the pain. (Pain is felt only on touching the breasts).
