Asking For Self, Female 25, Lahore
AOA Doctor, I'm 31 weeks pregnant with a fetus in a longitudinal lie and breech presentation (head in the right hypochondrium). As a first-time mom, I'm concerned about my baby's position. Is there anything I can do to encourage my baby to move into a head-down position? Are there any exercises, techniques, or other methods that could help facilitate a natural turn? What are the chances of my baby turning on their own, and what options are available if they don't? What are the potential complications or risks associated with a breech presentation? What are the options for delivery if my baby remains in a breech position? Are there any specific prenatal care or monitoring recommendations for a breech presentation?
waleikum Assalam,
first of all congratulations for the pregnancy , InshaaAllah everything will be ok, at 30 weeks about 30 percent are breech, and at the end means 38- 39 weeks , only 3 out of 100 will stay breech, and will need operative delivery.
make sure you have Anomaly scan at 20-22 weeks. any more discussion you take on line consultation through Marham
ws dear. please wait for some time. babies change their positions themselves. wait till 34 weeks after that please book an online consultation so we can discuss everything in detail.
