Dear doctors , I am 7 weeks pregnant and today i observed brown spotting/discharge. Is it dangerous? I am underweight and its my first pregnancy. Kindly help me with your suggestions. Thankyou :)

I m taking envepe (2 tab) at night daily for nausea... but still i cant get relief in the morning and vomiting continues .. can i take one tablet in morning as well ?

Was there any heavy activity you did or meeting with the husband?
Was it painful too
Was it ass with clots too
How many times this has happen and how many pads did u change?

Dear doc nazeen,
I didnot carryout any heavy activity accept for laundry.. spotting was not heavy at all infact i didnt need any pads. It happend last night 2 spots in an hour .. after that i took a complete bed rest and haven’t spotted yet

Get an ultrasound done
Continue folicacid once a day
Avoid heavy activity
Keep a check on the amount of bleeding and any pain u r having
