I m having this problem after my second baby via c-sec 10 months ago, after my second delivery INTERCOURSE is getting painfull day by day , while doing IC m feeling hell pain can't explain and after that when I want to pass urine it's hell burning what could b the reason please help me, and one more thing some time m feeling iching n burning in Virgina without any reason.

- Dear it could be pelvic/ vaginal infection ( most likely )or Urine infection or painful old inflamed( less likely ) stiches of surgery or Endometriosis .
- have Urinalysis ,urine culture ,high vaginal Swab .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs .
- have strict local Hygeine .
- have Condoms to avoid transmission of sexually transmitted infections.
- have daily walk ,Exercise and yoga .
- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
- after collection of swab have inj Ceftrioxone 250 mgs stat intramuscular once .
tab doxycycline 100 mgs 12 hrly and tab Metronidazole 400 mgs 8 hrly for 14 days .
- collect swab and urine report and discuss here .
- have plenty of water and juices .
- follow with report after completing medications if pain persists .
