i am 30 years old. 5.5 years married 1 miscarriage second missed miscarriage and third last year induced labor with dnc in 5 month due to no growth after 12 week. i am trying to conceive again but could not. plz explain what ultra sound says having irregular period since 3 months

my blood group is o+ my sugar level are always normal no gestational diabates etc just had some high bp issue some times. why there is no follicles seen in ultrasound?
