ideally it should have been removed at the time of c section. Fetility and Kegal exercise dont get affected due to it remaining there.

But McDonald stitch should be removed and if needed it can be placed again in next pregnancy

This stitch has nothing to do with kegal exercise. However as a foreign body can invite infection and subsequent sub fertility. Get it removed if u face delay in conception

yes u can do Keigel's...mostly it has no effect on fertility...keep your personal hygiene good as sometimes the stitch can b a predisposing factor for vaginal infections etc
