Asking for Wife, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
Aoa, My wife is currently ill and she is 32 weeks pregnant. She is having cold n flu. Her fever gets high from time to time and she is shivering from past two days. Her doctor has given her Zetro 500mg once daily for 3 days and told to take panadol thrice a day. But since two days her condition is still the same. Due to coughing too much she is now having pain in lower abdomen. I am very much worried about my wife and baby. Please suggest me the best way to cure her along with some natural home remedies. I m already giving her chicken soup/yakhni and green tea.

-should have gargles and steam inhealation .
-can have ginger tea with cinnamon and honey .
-almond with black pepper.
-honey with salt Recurrently gives relief in cough also .
-walk in Morning for fresh air .
-avoid Mosquitoes Completely .

take panadol tablet thrice daily n tab lorin nsa once daily n hydrillin syrup for cough n steam inhalation n gargles plus ginger tea with honey as well
