my problem is that i had a miscarriage 1.9 years ago trying to conceive but couldn't conceive Alhumdullah me and my husband are fit but we are just waiting for right time. Since 1month ago i feel some thing in my pelvic region consultant a doctor she said muscles are losing. Prescribe me fish oil capsule. Since 2 months ago i am getting training to drive a bike. now my question is that driving 1. a bike can cause muscle losing. 2. drive a bike can cause difficulty in conceiving. 3. can i ride a bike.
right now i am taking paragna care conception.
Go for ultrasound pelvis for pelvic pathology first
InshaAllah you will conceive soon, regarding riding the bikes ,exercises are always good as it makes your muscles strong ,not loose ,you can do some pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle ,very hard strenuous exercises are not recommended in the 2nd half of menstrual cycle if you are trying to conceive . But obviously healthy life style is priority for your health,driving a bike should not delay conception ,if that was the case no one in China will get pregnant as most of the women over there ride bikes🤣
welcome to marham .. no dear bike ridding is not loose ur muscles .. n not cause of concieve .. u can ride bike exercise etc .. u should go for pelvic ultrasound
