I missed my periods and have mostly commin pregnancy symptoms too but after 2weeks i got bleeding .it happend with me 2 time i didn’t do pregnenct test this time but when it was first happend ti me test was positive and ultrasound cnfrm that I’m pregnent than bleed this is happens with me I don’t know gyne gave me folic acid tablets and vitamin tablets along been 4 months i m using these mdcns but my sugar levles goes down after taking glucophage my dr said you have to take it at any cost i take one pill whole week and in 2nd week i took 2 pills at morning and evening time according to ger recommendation
