Salam, I am 37 weeks pregnant and having severe constipation. my doctor prescribed me medicine for it but they aren't working on me. I've tried Cremaffin, Prulax but they didn't work. Ab parso meine Skilax k drops use kiye tou it did work and next day he relief mila. these drops not cause any harm but better not to take on frequent base
2 table spoon ispaghol in luku warm milk nehar mun istamal kraein pain or salad ka istamal zyada kraein
No problem by taking 2-3 times.now stop and use-more vegetable fruits and salad . And drink plenty of water
