Talk to Gynecologist on Continued UTI Issue During Pregnancy

I am 26th weeks pregnant and i am facing UTI.. after being injected drips and taking caricef for 7 days, i had my urine examination again. it shows 10-12 puss cells and 8-10 epithelial cells. other components are nil. water intake is about 3 to 4 lites a day.. what could be the reason?

Aoa if u have symptoms of UTI then send urin culture and sensitivity. Other wise repeat urinalysis after 2weeks and get treated. Thanks
