Continuous Miscarriages

Question

Recently i faced 2nd miscarriage back to back. 1st miscarriage was in 5th week and after 10 months i conceived again and had miscarriage after 7 weeks 3days (my gestational sac was of 4 weeks with no fetal pole).
How to prevent miscarriages. I am taking folic acid for the whole year.
Please have a look to my this peripheral blood film, is it ok?
