I'm a mother of 8.5months old baby girl and does breastfeeding too. I want to adapt a contraceptive method but I'm confuse which one to choose IUD or Implant? please guide me which one is more effective and good for health and which is the one I could avail so that my husband doesn't get to know until and unless I tell him myself since he is not supporting me in this.
