aoa 29 years old 2 kids last born 1.5 year before it's been 2nd time my periods are missed last time I took tablet and after that my periods started it's been 20 days over now still not getting periods I was having fever that's y didn't took the medicine bcz was already on treatment of viral I caught now can I take it is it safe?

still no periods is there any chance that pregnancy could happen even after the tablet
