i have regualr cycle last month ramdhan eating alot of oily suragy food my periods was ecpecting on 30arch but today is 2 april still not come i had cramping lower and breast pain i tried herbal teas but still waiting my ovulation days was alos regular we had unrpotected sex right 2 days before period is expevted as i waz not ovulating
