I have been facing this issue for last 2 months and still had no periods Can i take gynorit tablet with luke warm milk?Both tables at once

We have to exclude first pregnancy . It should not be taken without consultation with a doctor and needs evaluation . Better to wait and consult your doctor or any other available before taking such such medicines .
Do a urine pregnancy test.if it’s negative..You can take Tab Medroxyprogesterone acetate 10mg once daily for 10 days and then within 2-7 days bleeding will happen..when bleeding stops wait for your next periods..if still problem continues to take appointment please

Get a serum beta HCG if married, if you unmarried just wait for periods walk daily, sleep well at night, manage stress,maintain weight , if periods dont come for 3 months then take medicine for withdrawl bleed .
