go with fair trial of labour in a good setup ,there is not much difference in complications for emergency or elective c section in expert hands ,it's your first pregnancy ,pelvis takes time ,36 weeks is too early to decide for c section ,even elective c section should be at 39 weeks with well controlled hypertension ,if you blood pressure is well controlled and your baby is not growth restricted ,you can wait till that ,discus with your obstetrician
