Fasting should be less than 110. If more then needs treatment.

--Dear in pregnancy around 24 wks OGTT is advised to check suger levels and if is coming even border line then need to have strict check on suger levels.
-have diabetic diet and try to have 6 readings a day, maintain diabetic reading Chart.
-also need to have HbA1c to know prebiisc8-10 wks blood suger levels limitations.
-Have diabetic diet even u can take help from dietitian.
-6 times blood suger levels with strict diabetic diet.
-have daily walk ad exercise.
-insulin need to be set for high blood suger levels yours level at border line actually so can be controlled with diet and exercise as well If not deranged more.
-so have strict Control on diet. Have strict monitoring of baby movements and--regular more frequent follow ups to adjust insulin regularly.
-have blood suger with diabetic diet for 3 days 6 times a day prefood and post 2 hrs of food, HbA1c ad follow here.
Insulin dose need to be adjusted frequently according to suger readings.

Thanks insuline requirement increase at 24 wks of pregnancy (6 month) FBS should be between 95 to 105 you don’t need insuline you can control your sugar level by diet regiem

In pregnancy if bsl is deranged pt needs to have her bsl checked at proper time and meal timings shall also be proper secondly one hour afte meal shall also be checked

Ur fasting level should be less than 95 mg/ dl, please get a 2 hr GTT to diagnose gestational DM, if higher than 95 , then the first measure Is diet and diabetic educator, if can’t be controlled after that then comes insulin
Fasting bsl shall be less than 95.if levels are deraged repeatdly you may need to switch to insulin

There are diffrent indications for giving insulin normally if fasting or one hour before meal is greater than 100-110 and one hour after meal is greater than 140 .secondly if there is some fetal complication like baby size is more compared pregnancy duration or fluid aroun baby is more you need to start insulin directly

If your levels are not controlled with neodipar then you may need insulin for good control. Consult your physician for adjustment of dose according to your sugar levels.
