Whenever I sneeze or cough I wet my pants even while working out if I do jumping jacks I wet my pants despite of emptying my bladder just before workout this is causing a lot of problem in namaz etc. And the main problem is i have a huge size tummy looks like 6months pregnant. I dnt eat alot my weight increased since my 1st pregnancy.

I have read about diastasis recti but I'm not sure if I suffer from this or it's something else. My mom is also having same issue since ages. I want to have the solution and cure for this

Please help me get out of this. Do I need to see a doctor? If yes, which doctor? Thanks.

Recti diastasis is abdominal muscle. It has nothing to do with your urine problem. You need to consult gynaecologist for urinary problem. It may be due to infection or your bladder wall become weak for which treatment is needed and it may need surgery for correction TVT procedure is usually required. Get yourself evaluated.

you need to consult the urologist /gynecologist. its urinary incontinence which can be treated after ruling out the cause either by medication or surgery.

-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-Dear it's urinary incontinence might be muscle weakness but increased intrabdominal pressure as well.
-have control on fluid intake.
-maintain intake and out put Chart.
-distended abdomen is another issue u have and it need Proper exercise, diet maintainance, Exercise, daily walk, avoid weight lifting and stairs. Better to have Examination to Exclude abdominal hernia that need to rapair and will reduce symmptoms which u mentioned above.
-have physiotherapy and Perineal Exercises for incontinence along with weight reduction, maintainance of bladder diary, avoid caffeine, tea in working hrs, daily bladder training by exercises( can take help from Physiotherapist).
-after applying all above have Consultation with urogynaecologist as well will help u from getting side effects.
-I hope u get my point.
