Talk to Gynecologist on Discharge From Breast

Salam I am 29 years married and have a 2 year old daughter, i breastfeeded her till she was almost 15 months old then I had a surgery of gall bladder, i have history of miscarriage before my daughter. My problem is i have feeling that my left boob discharge milky white fluid but not from right one because ot was an inverted nipple and at the time of breastfeed the milk from that side was also very difficult to latch for my baby. Why is it happening now ? i am currently taking dexxo 60mg, motilium, for digestion
