Your wife has a condition called pelvic inflammatory disease. Your wife has recurrent episodes of this issue. I need to know three things.
1- the color of discharge ( watery like egg white or green, yellow, etc)
2- any smell in discharge
3- Any itching

For recurrent issues, please take care of personal hygiene, especially after using the bathroom. Follow a healthy lifestyle with a diet plan, exercise, and yoga.
Keep the area dry. Clean the area with yogurt or aloe vera.
