i had a dnc at 13.1 week on 29 n 30th jan, two tym coz ov some Rpocs were nt clear dn i had san i was clear, my question is for how many days i have to avoid intercourse wd my husband n plus when i am gona do my daily chores??? when i am normal n can lift weight??? do exercises n walk???

Avoid intercourse for 21 days. You can do your daily work after a week after procedure. Start exercises after 21 days.

-If bleeding stops, no complication then she can have intercourse after 2to 3 wks but first cinfirm things Normal.
-Have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have multivitamins like iron and calcium with Vit D.
-avoid weight lifting, excessive walk or exercise, stairs,use comode.
-observe smmptoms
