Talk to Gynecologist on Doubtful Ectopic Pregnancy

Hi doctors my last periods were in 17 Nov I checked throug beta hcg it was positive 2 thousand 50 was the range later I had brown discharge and beta hcg dropped to one thousand five hundred doctors said it’s a miscarriage I’m having bleeding from last three days like proper periods I don’t have any kind of cramps tera vagina ultrasound was also performed there is no sac but now that beta hcg is 1 thousand 3 hindered is that dropping means it’s ok to drop this much or I’m having ectopic pregnancy ?? I’ve heard people saying they will remove tubes and very scared and worried what are the symptoms of ectopic and how much my beta hcg should drop until now ??
