Talk to Gynecologist on Dryness Around Breast

last week I'm experiencing itching and dryness around my breast area.... I'm also breastfeeding mother and at time due to hard suck of my baby i experienced cuts and cracks over my this at time I used nip the use of tis cream cuts and cracks on my nippy got healed but at this time I'm noticing something different around my nipple area..... upper part of nipple the skin color looks purplish and it has big makes my upset that my be it is kinx of infection or something else.... I'm unable to figure it is u suggest me something
