Talk to Gynecologist on Dysmenorrhea

My sister is 19 year old unmarried My sister last month period was very horrible especially second day that she ended up in ER, later on the pain continue after period days also she went for ultrasound pelvis and it was normal then she had irregular bleeding for few days for which she used transamine tablet thrice a day for almost a week and then stopped bleeding eventually stopped pelvic pain was also there in those days and she had complain of soreness down there also Dr has given her antibiotic for five days considering it might be PID she had some IBS issues also , now her period has started today is her first day and she's having very bad period pain as well as soreness down there and inflammation, please let me know any medicine so she can use to survive period pain, she's currently taking naproxen for pain and sometimes brufen but not working that much
