Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy

After positive home pregnancy test I visit hospital Dr told me to there is no sac in ultrasound she advised me to revisit after one week I got ultrasound with only sac she advised wait for one more week.after one week I get same report only sac without fetal pole and heartbeat and concluded missed abortion.she give pills for abortion but I bleed very less with some clots I visited again in ultrasound I get to know that my reports have small fetal pole but she said still there is no heartbeat you go for DNC .my question is that should I wait for few more weeks for baby heartbeat?bcz I have no pain or just little bleeding after passing urine .is there any chance of healthy pregnancy after taking abortion pills?
