Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy Bleed

Hello. Five weeks pregnant, last night at 9pm I noticed some blood when I wiped. Light bleeding continued (visible when wiping) overnight till about 10am today. I had a couple of small clots and seemed to see two tiny bits of fleshy tissue (around the size of a grain of rice). Is it possible to have a viable pregnancy with these symptoms?
