how to know egg rupture or not ? main concieve karna chahti hun kiya ultrasound se pata chal jata he k egg rupture ho raha ya nhi ...kese pata chaly k implantation hoi k nhi ?
Yes ultrasound done on 11 or 12 th day of cycle can tell us about the size of the follicles . Ultrasound sometimes also reveals the ruptured follicles showing the presence of corpus luteum

get ur 21 day serum progesterone level done if cycle is regular of 26- 28days.
ultrasound before 14th day and then after it to be done serially for few next days to know egg released or not.

my last cycle ultrasound scan was positive dr said Everything is fine ..it was my cd 12 ultrasound but not yet concieved ...what should i do in this cycle its my cycle day 8

Get repeat pelvic ultrasound for follicle rupture occurred or not on 16 day of cycle. Serum progesterone level on day 21 of cycle. And inform. Medication can be given to u in next cycle. Continue taking folic acid daily. But share above tests after getting done. Tc

Good, keep continued. I don't know fertility status of ur husband as well urs. If possible share ur all tests reports done by ur doctor previously and new advised tests.

every cycle i visit my dr and she said Everything is fine do it naturally its to early to say u have complications. its been 10 months now to listen this ...i want overall check up ...my ultrasound report is always fine on day 12 but am not concieving yet ..in this month i will go for serum progesterone level done

symptoms of egg rupture are rise in body temp, thick egg white vaginal discharge.some ppl also experience mild spotting for 1 day at 14-15 day..
and if u go for tests then these include USG fir follicle size tracking on day 12-14 and day 21 progesteron test in case of regular cycle.

always check my Bbt ...in ovulation days its rise normally in cd 13 or 14 till due date ...its mean my egg is rupturing ?

Basal body temp rises to 1 degree after ovulation..u can also check ovulation by LH surge kits available.

-Dear don't take this much stress to get anxiety if things dones not go well.
-have sex in fertile period of cycle. Try to have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Compete treatment of any health issue u have.
-folic acid regularly.
-if pain, bleeding, discharge observe then report.
-In case of missed periods can have beta hcg (blood pregnancy test) to Check pregnancy status.
-change in body temp(ovulation) , spotting (implantation), missed periods (Conception or early pregnancy), one sided ower abdominal pain with or wth out bleeding with missed periods (ectopic) need urgent evaluation for urgent Intervention.

Hey dear. I already told u its a positive sign but not confirmatory . 50- 60% we can say on this basis that ovulation occurred.
