You need certain lab test before conception. Consult expert gynaecologist so that proper evaluation can be carried out.

-blood testing, Rubella immunization etc.
-have daily folic acid 5 mgs.
-husband needs to quit recreational drugs if have been taking.
-have Balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have balanced diet with less salt, suger, oi and spice and plenty of water.
-discussion needed on reports of all described tests.
-as soon as u conceives u need blood thining medications to avoid miscarriage.

Kindly provide email so I can send my wife's reports.. We have all trst reports,
Rubella, Antibodies, Blood test, brocella antibodies, Toxoplasmosis etc..
