Talk to Gynecologist on Endometric Cyst And Ivf

I need an opinion from a gynaecologist. Look at my ultrasound reports. I have been visiting ivf centres. One ivf specialist told me to go directly for ivf with my left tube dilated and endometriotic cysts in both ovaries. I was having second thoughts about this plan so I went to another ivf specialist and she put me on zoladex for 3months (I got all 3 injections). Today, she advised me to have TVS so I did. Which showed right ovary cyst intact and left ovarian cyst reduced from 3cm to 1cm and also left tube dilated. Now, she has laparoscopy planned for me for tube removal which I understand but she also wants to do ovarian drilling. I'm not sure if I should go for another ovarian laparoscopy as my amh is already 0.83 last November. Fsh was 7. I will attach reports in comments. Please please guide me should I remove cysts also again before ivf? Age 30 No kids yet. Laparoscopy done on October 2019 bilateral cysts.
