Talk to Gynecologist on Engorgment, No Periods.

Hello im facing engorge breast pain since a month, suddenly after a week or two my chest fills up with milk duct due to which i feel shooting pains when my baby drinks milk, this month i missed my periods too. Asked a gynaecologist two weeks back, she prescribed mixel, chymoral forte, and aflamic 20mg. Again im facing this problem. My baby drinks from one side only also The day i face engorgmnt my baby doesnt sleeps whole night. I feel weak and exhausted. Need help .
