Talk to Gynecologist on Episiotomy

My wife gave birth to a child an year ago through vaginal delivery. Before her delivery and pregnancy, she was ok with and used to enjoy anal sex. But after the delivery, she complains that her Episiotomy stitches are too near the anal area and it is very painful for her even if I insert a finger there. I too physically have noticed that the anal opening has been considerably reduced. Please suggest a way out for us also mentioned any doctor from Islamabad which can help us out.
