my daughter is one year old on mother feed. from 20th April my cycle started on time but was spotty and scanty till three days. on the 24th it suddenly increased and I also started getting leg cramps. today is the 6-7th day and I'm still bleeding. I am avoidi g going to any hospital due to the prevailing situation can someone plz guide
Its absolutely normal to have periods like this after not having it for a year. Take calcium and iron for the pain and leave the rest it will heal by itself
