AOA please do belly exercise don’t wear belt that will keep the muscles loose when you will take it so best is do belly exercises there is no harm to c section stitches they heal up in 4-5 days also climb the stairs no problem that will make you more health by increasing virculation in the body and prevent blood clotting so be active and enjoy your life

I think you should wait for two weeks mor e and then start belly excercises.
You can climb stairs after 2 weeks as well.
