-Dear many symmptoms and other test can identify tubal blockage rather then just scans an can just shows any fluid in reproductive organ could be suggestive of infection.
-vaginal smelly irritating discharge, irritation locally, coloured discharge can be signs of infection and by high vaginal swab it can be diagnosed so have hvs
-hysterosalpingogram can detect tubal blockage or diagnostic laproscopy with chromopertubation as well.
-oral medications or injections can treat infection.
-send scan report and have hvs and Hsg.
