Talk to Gynecologist on Fatty Liver

I'm married 7yrs ago. Since then I had 3 babies with diff type of neural tube defects and none of them is alive. All my tests are clear and doctor didn't know why it happened repeatedly. One thing i just clicked in my mind that i had jaundice twice in teenage and may be i have a fatty liver issue. Kia is waja se aesa hoskta hai k babies main bar bar issues aaen? Or may be i have vitamin b12 deficiency because I'm under weight too and have low hb level and i often have stomach pain. Pls clear me as i became over thinker and in severe depression.
