A.A Recently my sister big operation delivery done and but after two days of operation now she feeling not well her problems (nausea,stomach problem , bhook ka na lagna or dil ka ghabrana ) and doctor injection b laga rha hai inko jiska name surgifex hai 500mg but shaid isko injection ki wja sy hrha hai we r worried about her so kindly give us suggestion and tips to recover with this problems (All test oka hai inka )

She is suffering a condition called paralytic ileus which is very common after surgery.which could be due to side effect of some medcine or due to infection,or electrolyte imbalance.treatment is discontinuing the medicine use of-another medication like metoclopramide,,Correction of electrolyte imbalance and giving iv fluid and nasogastric tube decompression.Most surgery related ileus resolve with in 2-4 days
