Talk to Gynecologist on Feet Swollen

Hello, hope this post finds u all well.
I wanted to inquire about a swollen that has happened on my sisters feet after her c-section delivery. She delivered the baby in last week of Jan and has now swollen feet. I've shared the pictures. I dont understand where to start crom and if its critical and needs doctor consultation. I've attached the pictures for reference.
