Talk to Gynecologist on Fertility Problem ,Problem In Conceiving

Hello , I am trying to conceive since 3 to 4 months , it's been a year to my marriage took let****le last month and egg size and everything was good but still didn't conceive? What should be the reason for that ? Attaching my reports here and also my husband's semen analysis (8 months before) he also took fla**l and one more medicine vib*****in at that time for one month .
